The Sacred Art of Smudging

One of the first ways to communicate with and show respect for the natural world is the proper use of herbs: in how we pick them and how we use them.

This course is offered freely. It will cover the four primary herbs North American indigenous people use for smudging:
•tobacco, sage, cedar and sweetgrass;
•what you will need for smudging,
•how to smudge,
•how to obtain herbs for smudging.
