How to Practice Breathwork to Reduce Stress

Last week I was a guest on the Intrinsic Motivation podcast to discuss my books, health and life. We particularly discussed breath work and my book The Fountain of Youth Is Just A Breath Away; Breathing Exercises for Relaxation, Health and Vitality as a way to reduce stress and improve health.

One thing I didn’t get to mention on the show is that the U.S. Army has found breathing exercises to be better than medication for reducing  PTSD [Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder] in veterans.  Imagine what it will do for every day stress!
